Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs carrots


  • 1.5 litre milk


  • 1 bowls mixed dry fruits


  • 1 bowls malai or khoya


  • 1 bowls bowl honey

Directions

  • First of all wash all the carrots.
  • Peel them.
  • Then grate all the carrots.
  • After grating take a big wok.
  • Boil milk in it.
  • After boiling put the grated carrots in it
  • Keep stirring after every 5 minutes.
  • When the carrots are done and it gets thicken pour the honey and malai in it.
  • After poring honey and malai keep stirring continously.
  • Now add the chopped dry fruits in it.
  • When the halwa is done decorate it with few dry fruits on it.
